Mrs. Bertha Ruth Fuller Bailey, age 62 of 339 Old East Shoals Road, Toccoa passed away Monday, February 29, 2016 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Braselton.
A daughter of the late Styles and Liddie Clarke Fuller, she was born July 12, 1953 in Stephens County, Georgia where she lived all her life. She was a caregiver and a member of Tugalo Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Lathan and by three brothers, Thomas Clarke, Royce Fuller and Doyle Fuller.
Survivors include two sons and daughter-in-law, Derrick and Sandra Bailey and Kevin Stancil both of Toccoa; step-daughter, Jennifer French and husband, Brant; grandchildren, Logan Bailey, Tucker Bailey, Tank Bailey and Maysun Hallford; two brothers, James Clarke of Toccoa and Boyd Fuller of Louisiana; three sisters, Octavia Taylor and Grace Saylors both of Toccoa and Osteen Williams of Charlotte, North Carolina.
Funeral services will be Thursday, March 3, 2016, 2 O’clock PM in the Hillcrest Chapel of Acree-Davis Funeral Home with The Reverend Harris Pressley officiating.
The family will be at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Derrick Bailey, 534 Laurel Mountain Drive, Toccoa and will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Wednesday from 6 PM until 8 PM. Online condolences can be made by visiting the website at www.acree-davisfh.com.

Interment will be in the Stephens Memorial Gardens with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Bertha Ruth Fuller Bailey.
