Mr. Henry Curtis Collins, age 83 of 289 Vickery Road, Toccoa, Georgia passed away Monday, February 29, 2016 at Stephens County Hospital.
A son of the late Nolin and Irene Stephens Collins, he was born February 25, 1933 in Stephens County, Georgia where he lived all his life. He was employed with Letourneau/Wabco for a number of years and later with Farmers Furniture Company. He was a member and Deacon of Tugalo Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bertha Vickery Collins in 2002 and by a son-in-law, Moogy Childers.
Survivors include a daughter, Peggy Childers of Toccoa; son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Carol Collins of Toccoa; grandchildren, Thumper Childers, Sabrina Barrett, Hannah Collins and Kayla Collins; two great-grandchildren, Kalie Barrett and Ethan Barrett.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 2, 2016, 2 O’clock PM in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with The Reverend Harris Pressley officiating.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Paul Robbins, Quenton Morgan, Caleb Higginbotham, James Simmons, Jimmy Mitchell and Jesse Henry.
Interment will be in the Tugalo Baptist Church Cemetery with The Reverend Greg Roesch officiating. Acree-Davis Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Mr. Henry Curtis Collins.
