Kristen Marie Fox

Kristen Marie Fox died on February 22 at her home in Gainesville, Ga.

She attended schools in Durham, New Hampshire, graduated from the University of Vermont school of Dental Hygiene, and after years working in the dental field she most recently completed three years towards a nursing degree at North Georgia College & State University in Dahlonega.

Kristen was an avid knitter and basket weaver, but loved most of all spending time with her three sons. She was a warm and loving person who touched many lives and lit up a room when she entered.

Survivors include John Fox, her sons, Ethan, Cole, and Jack of Dawsonville, her sister Kim Hopwood , brother-in-law Mike Hopwood, and nephew Mason Hopwood of Hinesburg, Vermont, and parents Kevin and Linda Dugas of Lee, New Hampshire, as well as many friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Family will receive friends on Saturday February 27th, 2016 at 4 p.m. with a memorial service following at 4:30 in the chapel of Dahlonega Funeral Home.
