Judy Ann Stroud Norris

Mrs. Judy Ann Stroud Norris, age 69 of Morningside Drive, Toccoa, Georgia passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016 at her residence.

A daughter of the late Roy and Mary Cannon Stroud, she was born September 12, 1946 in Oconee County, South Carolina having lived most of her life in Stephens County.  She retired from Habersham Plantation with many years of service.  She spent many years taking care of her husband whom was terminally ill for many years.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Norris, a daughter, Angie Donaldson and a sister, Ella White.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Donna and John Anderson of Toccoa; three grandchildren, Caylin Anderson, Brian Donaldson and Dana Donaldson; two great-granddaughters.

Graveside services will be Friday, February 26, 2016, 1 O’clock PM at Stephens Memorial Gardens with The Reverend Jerrell Beatty officiating. 

The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Friday from 11:30 AM until time to leave for the graveside.  Online condolences can be made by visiting the website at www.acree-davisfh.com.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers and should assemble at the funeral home by 12:15 PM, Gary Norris, Rodney Martin, Junior Lee, John Anderson and Russell Pruitt.

Interment will be in the Stephens Memorial Gardens with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Judy Ann Stroud Norris.
