Ricky William Ellis age 48, of Gainesville, Georgia, passed away suddenly Monday, February 15, 2016.
Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 pm Friday, February 19, 2016 at Memorial Park North Riverside Chapel with interment to follow at New Bridge Baptist Church Cemetery. The Reverend Scott Brown will officiate. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 pm Thursday, February 18, 2016 at the funeral home.
Ricky was born March 20, 1967 in Hall County and was the son of the late William Price Ellis. He was a member of Riverbend Baptist Church. He was a self employed electrician.
He is survived by his wife, Melanie Ellis of Gainesville; mother, Ruth (Tolbert) Grant; sister and brother-in-law, Becky and Jay Hollander; niece and nephew, Devin Hollander, Danielle Hollander and Drake Hollander; aunt, Pat Ellis; uncle and aunt, Phil and Linda Ellis; and a number of other family and friends also survive.
