Mrs. Amy Diane Bohannon age 39 of 50 Linda Drive, Toccoa passed away Friday February 12, 2016 at her residence.
A daughter of the late Terry and Gwendolyn Hallford Bohannon, she was born on October 9, 1976 in Stephens County, where she lived all of her life. She was a member of Tom's Creek Baptist Church and attended Toccoa Assembly of God.
Survivors include six children Caitlyn Collins, Raelyn Harlow, Scott Bohannon, Aaron Collins, Ethan Collins and Chloe Collins all of Toccoa and a half brother, Todd Bohannon of Buford.
Memorial services will be held Tuesday February 16, 2016 at 2 P.M. at Toccoa Assembly of God with the Reverend Lester Cowan officiating. The family will be at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J.J. Collins 3205 Highway 145 Eastanollee and will receive friends at the church from 1 P.M. until the service time.
