Cindy Lee McCutchen Horan was born February 28, 1962 to Alfred and Alice McCutchen.
Cindy was a great many things, and best known as Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Nonny, and Friend.
Among her accomplishments were a Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Masters of Business Administration, degree in social work and criminal justice, a degree in forensics psychology, countless team awards, many Who's Who awards for nursing and a degree in neuroscience.
Her passion started in home health, and she wrote many articles in newspapers and magazines to persuade people to choose home health. Her passion manifested into helping people overcome their addictions and dependence on narcotics and other various drugs which led her to gain a huge heart for the mentally disabled. She went to Washington to talk to Congress about efforts to end homelessness.
She is survived by her husband, Mike Horan, her five daughters, their husbands, and many grand babies, her parents, her sister, and nieces.
Receiving of family and friends will be Sunday, January 31, 5pm.-7pm. at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega, GA. The funeral will be Monday, February 1, 2pm. at Dahlonega Baptist Church.
