Joseph William Perry

Joseph “Joe” William Perry, age 66, of Flowery Branch, GA went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 28, 2016.

He was born in Syracuse, NY and had a Bachelor of Arts degree as a Music Major.

He was a musician, song writer, & carpenter, and was a member of Atlanta Road Church of Christ in Gainesville, GA.

Joe was preceded in death by his father, F.M. Perry, his mother, Charlotte V. Perry, and his brother, Robert Perry.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann Stanton Perry; brother and sister-in-law, Charles Richard Perry and Mary Haakenson Perry of Anchor Point, Alaska; sister, Sandra Lynn Harvey of Nashville, TN; beloved nieces and nephews, Tara Harvey, Ryan Harvey, Stephanie Harvey, and Kyle Harvey; step-daughter, Lesa Anne Plunkett and her husband, Sean David Plunkett of Salem, Va.; beloved step-grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth Queen and her husband, Derek Starbuck Queen, Kristina Tuttle, and Emily Plunkett of Salem, Va.

A memorial service for Joe will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, January 31, 2016 at the Atlanta Road Church of Christ in Gainesville, GA.
