Cheryl Davis Boyd

Cheryl Davis Boyd, age 57 of Gainesville, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at her residence following a sudden illness.

   Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.  Rev. John Boyd will officiate.  The family will receive friends on Monday, January 18, 2016 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Boyd was born October 2, 1958 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late John Poma and Margaret Frazier Poma. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Boyd was preceded in death by her father.

            Mrs. Boyd is survived by her husband, Danny T. Boyd of Gainesville, her daughter, Sheena Boyd of Gainesville, her son Dustin Boyd of Gainesville, her mother Margaret Poma of Flowery Branch, her brother John Poma of Lakeland Florida, her brother Tony Frazier of Flowery Branch, her brother Dwayne Grizzle of Flowery Branch
