Margret Dover

    Mrs. Margret Dover, age 79, of Gainesville, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at her residence following an extended illness.

            Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 15, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Allen Passmore will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 14, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

            Mrs. Dover was born on May 05, 1936 in Barnesville, Georgia to the late John Thompson and Mary Stump Thompson.  She was of the Christian faith and retired from Chicopee Cotton Mill. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Earl Dover, and Grand-daughter, Trina Warren.

            She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Fred Bales of Alto, daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Sam Montgomery of Flowery Branch, brother, Donald Thompson of Interlachen, Florida, grandchildren, Terri Harris, Dustin Montgomery, and Devin Montgomery, and 10 great-grandchildren.
