Elizabeth (Beth) Blanton Petree

Mrs. Elizabeth (Beth) Blanton Petree, age 89, of Bethlehem, Georgia passed away Sunday, January 10, 2016. A native of Talbotton, Georgia she was the daughter of the late William Benjamin and Sarah Fryer Blanton. Mrs. Petree has been a member of Winder First United Methodist Church since 1959. She retired from Barrow County DFACS and was a member of Daughters of the American Revolution.

Surviving are her husband of 65 years Henry Reyno Petree of Bethlehem, Sons & Daughters-in-law, Reyno Blanton Petree of Tucker, GA, Benjamin Russell & Kenda  Petree of Bethlehem, GA, Dr. Lewis Holden & Ellen Petree of Winder, GA, Three Grandchildren, Robert Russell Petree, Holden Ealy Petree, and Margaret Elizabeth Petree.

A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at 4: 00 P.M. from Winder First United Methodist Church. She will lie in state at the church 1 hour before the service.  Rev. Terry Tippens and Rev. Dan Brown  will officiate. The Family will receive Friends Tuesday, January 12, 2016 from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
