Bertha Perkins Eubanks

Bertha Perkins Eubanks, age 95 of Buford, GA died Wednesday, January 6, 2016. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Dr. Hal Burke and Pastor Larry Eubanks will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service. Mrs. Eubanks was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Eubanks and son in-law, Buck Irvin. She is survived by her children, Gail Irving, Duluth, GA, Steve Eubanks, Buford, GA, Jyl Johnson and husband, Jon, Suwanee, GA. Grandchildren, Jana Phalen, Jamy Lynn Wright, Sara Frances Irvin, Steven Paul Irvin. Great Grandchildren, Abigail Grace Phalen, Kyle Sean Phalen, Leah Riley Irvin. Mrs. Eubanks was born in Bambridge, GA and had lived in the Atlanta area the past16 years. She had served as secretary at several churches and schools.  She was a member of First Baptist Church, Duluth, GA.
