Dan E. Fortnam, age 67 of Suwanee, GA died Saturday, January 2, 2016. Funeral service will be held Friday, January 8, 2016 at 11:00 AM at The Catholic Church of St. Monica in Duluth, GA. Interment will follow at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday, January 7, 2015 from 4-8 PM at the funeral home. Dan is survived by his wife, Julie Sudduth Fortnam, Suwanee. Children, Michele Richardson, Buford, GA, Eric Fortnam and wife, Jami, Suwanee, GA, Scot Fortnam and wife Jenny, Suwanee, GA, April Sudduth Crumbley, Sugar Hill, GA. Grandchildren, Miguel Silva, Gary Richardson, Bryson Richardson, Aliyah Crumbley, Peter Fortnam, Jason Fortnam, Anthony Crumbley, Maggie Fortnam, Riley Fortnam, McKenzie Works. Sisters, Cindy Densberger, Nashua, NH and Debbie Baker, Walpole, MA. Dan was born in Bar Harbor, ME and had lived in the Atlanta area the past 32 years. He was formerly employed as Operations Manager with Gwinnett Aero at the Gwinnett County Airport and he was of the Catholic Faith.
