Robert L. Bullock

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Robert L. Bullock, age 90 of Jefferson, Georgia who entered into rest Monday, January 4, 2016.  Mr. Bullock was born in Jefferson, Georgia a son of the late Vernie Lee Bullock and the late Sarah Payne Bullock, was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church and a successful cattle and egg producer for many years.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Bullock is preceded by a son; Robert Alfred Bullock, a daughter; Hazel Ann Beatty and two brothers; Vance and J.D. Bullock.

Survivors include his wife, Virginia Griffin Bullock of Jefferson, son; Bill Bullock of Stallings, North Carolina, daughter; Tonya Bullock Gaddis of Jefferson and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 8, 2016 from the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Reverend Johnny Ray officiating with burial to follow in Jackson Memorial Park, Commerce, Georgia.  The family will receive friends Thursday evening January 7, 2016,  6 – 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
