Donnie E. Welch

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Donnie E. Welch, age 63, of Maysville, who passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2015. Mr. Welch was born in Jacksonville Florida, a son to the late Ernest Clyde and Effie Oliver Welch.

Mr. Welch was a member of Living Word Worship Center in Jefferson, Georgia and was retired from Godwin Pump as a Diesel Mechanic for many years.

Mr. Welch is preceded in death by his wife Linda Welch.

Survivors include son, Jason and his wife Melissa Welch of Maysville, Georgia, daughter, Donice Carroll of Jefferson, Georgia, stepchildren, James and his wife Becki Burnett of Jefferson, Georgia, Jeff and his wife Hope Burnett of Jefferson, Georgia, Jason and his wife Misty Burnett of Commerce, Georgia, Stephanie Kolpy of Loganville, Georgia, and a sister Donna Welch of North Carolina.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 3, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Reverend Audrey George officiating.

The family will receive friends at the residence on Saturday January 2, 2016 starting at 10:00 AM, 50 Hale Court, Maysville Georgia 30558.
