Anthony James Crosta, Sr., age 95, of Cumming, passed away on December 23, 2015. Anthony was born in Newark, NJ., on May 15, 1920. He was a plumber with Enclore Plumbing of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Mr. Crosta proudly served our country during World War II in the United States Army. He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Katherine Crosta.
Anthony is survived by his wife, Alice Silva Crosta of Cumming; and daughter, Judy (Joseph) Young of Suwanee, and son Anthony James (Nancy) Crosta, Jr. of Princeton, NJ.; grandchildren David Crosta, Daniel Crosta, Matthew Young, Michael Young, and Amy Shugart; one great granddaughter, Eden Young.
Services will be held Saturday, December 26, Ingram Funeral Home Chapel, 3:00 p.m, with Elder Joseph S. Young officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Burial will be at Georgia National Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
