Mary Elizabeth Ridings

Elizabeth Ridings, age 78, passed away on December 4, 2015, at her home in Cumming, GA. Elizabeth was born in Murray County GA, on June 24, 1937 to the late Henry Walker Dixon and Ora Lee Cagle Dixon. She was a member of Longstreet Baptist Church in Cumming, GA. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her beloved husband of 54 years, Aubrey T. Ridings.   

Survivors include her children, Kathy (Larry) Pollard of Cumming, Susan (Tim) Day of Alpharetta, Genny Ridings of Alpharetta and Trudie Land of Ball Ground; grandchildren, Tera (Matt) Brown, Hilary (Tony) Hughes, Josh (Hayley) Lively, Brandon (Amanda) Day, Molly (Justin) Waynick, Devin, Kalyn and Nelson Land; 15 great grandchildren; brother, Herschel Dixon of Alpharetta; sister, Geneva Northcutt of Cumming; sister-in-law, Betty Ridings of Cumming; as well as many other loving friends and relatives.  

Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 7, 2015, at 1:00 PM, at Longstreet Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Pollard, Rev. Terry Caylor, Rev. Gerral Richards, Rev. Doug Carnes and Rev. Sylvester Ridings officiating.  The interment will follow at Longstreet Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Saturday, December 5, 2015, from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Sunday December 6, 2015, from 11:00 AM until 9: 00 PM and on Monday, December 7, 2015, from 10:00 AM until the hour of service.
