Lisa Darracott McBurney

            Mrs. Lisa Darracott McBurney, age 52 of Gainesville, passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2015 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

            Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday, December 6, 2015 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.  Reverend Sam Parsons will officiate.  The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 5, 2015 from 5 - 7 pm at the funeral home.

            Mrs. McBurney was born February 20, 1963 in Gainesville, Georgia to Carroll W. Darracott and Kay Walker Kemp.  She was a homemaker and a member of Blackshear Place Baptist Church.  Lisa was preceded in death by her father, Carroll N. Darracott.

            Mrs. McBurney is survived by her husband, Jeffrey McBurney of Gainesville, her daughter, Jessica Seabolt of Gainesville, her son, Justin McBurney of Gainesville, grandchildren, Blane Seabolt, Marlee Seabolt, Ella Kate Mincey and Kohen McBurney, sister & brother-in-law, Linda & Dave Gatchell of Tampa, Florida, brother & sister-in-law, Jeff & Shancy Darracott of Simpsonville, South Carolina, niece, Lindsey Leist and nephews, Brandon Smith, Taylor Gardner, Jeffrey Darracott and Ashton Darracott.
