Calvin W. Jenkins

Calvin W. Jenkins, 77, of Dawsonville passed away Tuesday December 1, 2015.

Born January 21, 1938 in Dekalb County, he had lived in Dawson County since 2000 having moved from Forsyth County.  For over thirty years he was employed by various golf clubs including the Atlanta Athletic Club, Horseshoe Bend, Lanier Islands and Brookfield West.  Calvin was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dawsonville and was preceded in death by his wife, Marion Jenkins.

Surviving are his sons, Allen Keith Jenkins, Dawsonville, Mark W. Jenkins, Breaux Bridge, LA; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held Monday December 7, 2015 at 12 noon at the First Baptist Church of Dawsonville.  Dr. Jim Gaines will officiate.
