Richard Ray (Ricky) Prince

Mr. Richard Ray “Ricky” Prince, age 44, of Dahlonega, GA, passed away Sunday, November 22, 2015 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, GA.

Ricky was born in Hall County but lived most of his life in Lumpkin County. He worked at Milton Foods in Gainesville for a number of years and attended Browns Chapel Church in Lumpkin County.

He was the son of the late Winston Prince and Ellen Garrett Prince and was also preceded in death by brothers, Donald Prince and Bradley Prince.

Ricky is survived by his children, Kevin and Chelsea Prince, Heather Prince, and Jessica Prince, all of Dahlonega, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ronald and Darlene Prince, Dahlonega, GA, and Arnold and Amy Prince, Dawsonville, GA; grandchildren, Devin and Kaitlyn.

Numerous other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Ricky are scheduled for 1 PM Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega, GA.

Rev. Tommy Ross and Rev. Junior Evans will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Siloam Baptist Church Cemetery in Lumpkin County.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega, GA on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 from 3 PM until 9 PM and again on Wednesday from 10 AM until 1 PM.
