Genavee Westmoreland Wilde

Genavee Westmoreland Wilde, age 79 of Lula, passed away Sunday, November 22, 2015.

Born in Banks County on December 22, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Joseph Boyd and Serena Brock Westmoreland. Mrs. Wilde was a homemaker and a member of Silver Shoals Baptist Church.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Cline L. Wilde; brother, Ben Westmoreland.

Surviving are daughters, Cindy and Alan Meeks and Robin Crump and Joseph Reyes all of Lula; grandchildren, Brandon and Kayla Meeks, Mandi and Keith Barkley, Caleb Meeks, Austin Crump and Christopher Crump; great grandchildren, Malcom Barkley and Ava Meeks.

Funeral services are 2 pm Wednesday, November 25, 2015, at Rock Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Chris Porter officiating. Interment will follow in Silver Shoals Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12 noon until the service hour on Wednesday at the church.
