Richard S. Kinsey II, 53, passed away early on Saturday morning, November 21, 2015 in Gainesville, GA, after his long courageous battle with cancer.
Richard Kinsey’s smile was so infectious. He was a strong and courageous man, loved his family, and could make just about anyone laugh with his jokes.
He was born at Fort Polk in Leesville, Louisiana. He attended Gainesville High. After graduating from Gainesville High School, he furthered his education at North Georgia College.
Mr. Kinsey was proceeded in death by his father, Dr. Richard S. Kinsey. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Millie and Thomas Folger, Jr. of Gainesville; his two sisters, Susannah Kinsey of Atlanta and Elizabeth Austin of Buford and Stepbrothers Tommy, John and Paul Folger. As well as his children, Stephanie Barron of Cumming; Richard Kinsey of Gainesville; Justin Kinsey of Gainesville and Granddaughter, Kinsey Barron of Cumming, as well as the children’s mother, Dana Kinsey of Alpharetta.
For those who wish to attend his service, it will be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at 11:00am at Alta Vista Cemetery in Gainesville.
