Infant Deklen Freeman Fulks joined the angels on November 18th, 2015.
He is survived by his mother Makella Martin and father Zack Fulks of Cumming.
Maternal grandparents April and Tobby Martin, and paternal grandparents Waco and Lana Fulks.
Other relatives also survive.
