Morris Charles Williams, age 76, of Cumming passed away Sunday, November 15, 2015. Morris was a life-long resident of Forsyth County; born near Mary Alice Park and was a member and Deacon of Corinth Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his father and mother, H.C. and Nellie Kate Williams; a son, Allen N. Williams; a daughter, Laura Ann Williams; an identical twin brother, Norris Williams and a brother, Kenneth Williams.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Sandra Williams of Cumming; son and daughter-in-law, Curtis and Joy P. Williams of Cumming; daughter-in-law, Cathy Williams Hubbard; grandchildren, Nathan Williams, Abby Williams, Caroline Williams, Anna Williams; sister and brother-in-law, Mary Ruth and Olen Castleberry; brother and sister-in-law, Ricky and Chris Williams; his best little buddy, Lexie; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 17, at 2:00 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Danny Orr, Rev. Clark Watson, Rev. Dan Henderson and Rev. Cecil Pruitt officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
