Frank Ruston Dyer

Frank Ruston Dyer, age 79 of Mt Airy, passed away on Friday, November 13, 2015.

Mr. Dyer was born on December 8, 1935 in White County, Georgia, to the late Ben and Leila Jackson Dyer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Sue Stringer, and his brother George Dyer. Mr. Dyer was a member of Level Grove Baptist Church. He was a United States Army Veteran. Mr. Dyer was a retired truck driver/dispatcher. He was a volunteer fireman for eight years and a member of Little League Baseball for fifteen years. Mr. Dyer was also a member of the special police department having served fifteen years.

Survivors include his loving wife of 61 years, Jean Thiel Dyer, Mt Airy, GA; Daughter and Son in Law, Christine and Harman Falk, New Milford, New Jersey; Son and Daughter in Law, Frank, Jr and Lynn Dyer; Highland Lakes, New Jersey; Son and Daughter in Law, Kenneth Wayne and Brenda Dyer, Highland Lakes, New Jersey; Sisters, Shirley Duncan, Cornelia Georgia, Linda Dooley, Toccoa, Georgia, Helena Dyer, Alto Georgia; Brothers, Roy Dyer, Old Town, Florida, Hayward Dyer, Alto, Georgia, Ray Dyer Mt. Airy, Georgia, Hollis Dyer, Burlington, Texas;   Grandchildren, Matthew Dyer, Jamie Dyer Kingsbury and Kelley Dyer.

No formal services are planned.
