Phillip Eugene Turner

Phillip Eugene Turner, age 76 of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, November 12, 2015 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. 

Mr. Turner was born August 30, 1939 in Gainesville to the late Frank and Louisa Ash Turner. Phillip was an avid fisherman and loved antique cars. He was of the Methodist Faith and was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Turner, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. 

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Gary Ferguson, Cleveland; son and fiancé, Terry Turner and Chantley Cantrell, Clarkesville; grandchildren, Baylee Turner, Railyn Turner, Blake Cheek and Chad Ferguson; numerous nieces and nephews also survive. 

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Sunday, November 15, 2015 at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Tony Kemp and the Rev. Rondal Garmon will officiate. Interment will follow at Chattahoochee United Methodist Church Cemetery. 

The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
