Charles Payton Minish

Mr. Charles Payton Minish, age 71, of Commerce, GA died Sunday, November 08, 2015 at Gentiva Hospice at Athens Regional Medical Center.  Mr. Minish was born in Commerce, GA to the late A.E. “Tom” and Annie Lou Holcomb Minish.  He was a member of Redeemed Baptist Church and a Untied States Air Force Veteran.  Mr. Minish was retired from Jefferson Motor Company. 

Mr. Minish is survived by his wife, Bessie Stevens Minish of Commerce; daughter, Cindy Minish Whitlock (Danny) of Commerce; and granddaughter, Gabrielle Whitlock of Commerce. 

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 10 at 2 PM from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce with the Rev. Terry Dale and Dr. Kent Barrett officiating.  Interment will follow in Jackson Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday night from 5 to 8 PM.
