Marvin Randall Whitlock

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Marvin Randall Whitlock, age 67, of Jefferson, Georgia who passed away on Saturday, November 7, 2015. Mr. Whitlock was born in Jefferson, Georgia, a son to the late Guy Whitlock Sr. and the late Lois Hilda Huntsinger Whitlock. Mr. Whitlock was retired from the Textile Industry and was a member of the Faith Baptist Church.

Survivors include his sisters, Beverly Whitlock and Ellen Whitlock both of Jefferson, Ouida Wood of Braselton, brothers, Jack Whitlock of Commerce, Roy Whitlock, Jerry Whitlock and Ted Whitlock all of Jefferson.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 11, 2015 from the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Reverend Charles Elrod officiating with burial to follow in the Oconee Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday prior to the service, 12 – 2 P.M..
