Autumn Gail Wade

Autumn Gail Wade, age 22, of Alto, Ga., passed away on Friday, November 6, 2015 at Grady Memorial Hospital as a result of injuries received in a house fire.

Ms. Wade was born October 8, 1993 in Demorest, GA to Kevin Lee and Amanda Sue Ledford Wade of Alto. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Perry Ledford. She was a homemaker and a member of Mud Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include her fiancée, Chris Edmundson of Cleveland, GA; parents, Kevin Lee and Amanda Sue Ledford Wade of Alto; sisters, Jessica Wade and Cynthia Wade, both of Alto; brother and sister-in-law, Kirby and Ashley Wade of Alto; paternal grandparents T. Lee and Brenda Wade; maternal grandparents, Frank and Susan Jaworski; nephews, Brantley and Hunter Wade; and niece, Destiny Wade.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel in Baldwin with Pastor Johnny Johnson officiating. Interment will be in the Wade family cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel from 10:00 am until 1:45 pm on the day of the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to help with final expenses may be made to the Autumn Gail Wade Memorial Fund, C/O of Kevin Wade, 237 Underwood Rd, Alto, GA 30510.
