Bernice Allen Webb

Bernice Allen Webb, 89, of Gainesville passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2015.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 6, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Memorial Park, 2030 Memorial Park Rd, Gainesville, GA 30504 with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Christy Greenwald will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 5, 2015 from 6-8 p.m. at Memorial Park North, 989 Riverside Dr., Gainesville, GA 30501.

                Mrs. Webb was born on April 28, 1926 in Gainesville to the late Archie A. Allen and Mamie Jenkins Allen. She was retired from Cottrell Inc. where she worked as a bookkeeper. Bernice graduated from Lyman Hall High School and was a member of First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Theron Webb; daughter, Susan Webb Cottrell and brother, Audrey Allen.

                Mrs. Webb is survived by her sisters, Sybil Eades of Gainesville and Ellen (Jerry) Bennett of Gainesville; brother, Wilton (Annelle) Allen of Gainesville; son-in-law, Mike (Lynn) Cottrell of Dahlonega; granddaughters, Jessica (Jerry) Betnar of Little Rock, AR and Merri Kris (Daren) Wayne of Flowery Branch; grandson, Michael Dillon (Kim) Cottrell of Dahlonega and great grandchildren, Lilly Hutson, Brady Hutson, Bennett Wayne, Oliver Wayne and Luke Cottrell.
