Stephen Brantley Holbrook

Mr. Stephen Brantley Holbrook, age 101, of Commerce, GA died Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at Northridge Medical Center.  Mr. Holbrook was born in Carnesville to the late Juluis Dewees and Minnie Estelle Little Holbrook.  He was a member of Apple Valley Baptist Church and was retired from Harmony Grove.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Holbrook was preceded in death by his wife, Freddie Elizabeth Duckett Holbrook.

Mr. Holbrook is survived by his daughters, Nancy Holbrook Whitlock and Carol Snipes; son, Joseph Steven Holbrook all of Commerce; eight grandchildren, and a number of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 PM, Friday, November 6 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Clarence Cannon officiating.  Interment will follow in Apple Valley Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from noon to 2 PM.
