Robert David Beeco Sr

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Robert David Beeco Sr., age 86, of Commerce,Georgia who passed away on Monday, November 2, 2015. Mr. Beeco was born in Ashville, North Carolina, a son to the late Claude C. and Bessie Ethel Brendle Beeco. Mr. Beeco founded the Beeco Construction Company in 1953, a company he operated until 1997 when the company was sold to two of his sons.   Mr. Beeco was of the Baptist Faith, was an ordained Deacon and a member of the Gideons. In addition to his parents, Mr. Beeco was preceded in death by his sister, Ruby Nightingale, Lillian Fouts, brothers, J.V. Beeco, William Beeco and Wayne Beeco.

Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Doris Wilson Beeco of Commerce; daughters, Regina Beeco Daniel and her husband, Tommy of Suwanee, Sandra Beeco Eliasson of Jefferson, Robin Beeco Brown and her husband Dennis of Helen; sons, Robert D. Beeco Jr. of Jefferson, Stan D. Beeco and his wife, Elaine of Jefferson, Bruce D. Beeco and his wife Nedra of Buford, Claude “Dan” Beeco and his wife Luisa of Suwanee, sister; Mildred Willis of Atlanta; 19 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren also survive.

The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Dr. Michael Helms, Rev. Queon Smith and Mr. Dennis Brown officiating. The burial will follow in the Dry Pond United Methodist Church Cemetery with Eric Eliasson, David Brown, Nathan Brown, Christopher Beeco, Denny Brown, Seth Beeco, Brandon Beeco, Andrew Beeco and Alex Beeco honored as pallbearers. The visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2015, from 5-8pm at Evans Funeral Home.
