Clarence W. Croy, 75, of Gainesville passed away on Friday, October 23, 2015 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Pastor Shannon Rhodes will officiate. The family will receive friends on Monday, October 26, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. and from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Croy was born on July 10, 1940 in Gainesville to the late William Semp Croy and Kathleen Delong Croy. He was retired from Makita and a member of Community Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Clarence Steven Croy.
Mr. Croy is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Shelia and Garry Mullins of Lula; son and Fiancé, Chris Dee and Dee Newsome of Lula; son and daughter-in-law, Tony and Vivian Croy of Gainesville; grandchildren, Leigha Mullins, Steven Mullins and Toni Mullins; great grandchild, Kylar Alexander; brothers and sister-in-law’s, Robert and Lynette Croy of Gainesville and Charles and Pat Croy of Flowery Branch.
