Teresa Pablo Tomas, age 34, of Alto, Georgia, passed away on Monday, October 19, 2015.

Graveside Services are scheduled for 4:30 p.m., Thursday, October 22, 2015 at Yonah Memorial Gardens with Rev. Samuel Negron officiating.

The family will receive friends at Prince of Peace Church, 608 W. Airport Road, Baldwin, Ga. 30511, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2015.
