Linda Faye Connolly Bailey

Linda Faye Connolly Bailey, 66, of Gainesville passed away on Monday, October 12, 2015 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Memorial Services will be held on Friday, October 16, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.at New Holland Baptist Church. Reverend Terry Crawford, Reverend Mark Russell and Reverend Harry Barron will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday from 1-2 p.m. at the church prior to the service.

               Mrs. Bailey was born on June 22, 1949 in Baltimore City, Maryland to the late John Gardner Connolly and Florence Lillian Jenkins Connolly. She worked at the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners and was a member of New Holland Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her Parents and grandsons, Nick Jr. and Gavin Pierson.

               Mrs. Bailey is survived by her husband, James Edward Bailey of Gainesville; daughters, Kristy Pierson Eckhof of Winder and Jessica Rae (Pierson) Reynolds of Winder; sons, Brad Pierson of Lawrenceville and Nick Pierson of Gainesville; grandchildren, Courtney Johnson, Delaney Pierson, Colin Sibley Pierson, John Pierson and James Pierson; sister, Cheryl Sims of Winder; brothers, Jack Connolly of Winder and Warren Connolly of Oakwood.

Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Road, Gainesville, GA  30504 is in charge of arrangements.
