Loree Lee Matheson

Loree Lee Matheson passed away peacefully at her home in Clarksville, Ga., after a brave battle with cancer. She was 55 years old.      

Loree was born August 15, 1960, at Mount St. Mary’s Hospital in Nelsonville, Ohio. Her parents were the late Joe P. Kulakowski and Mary Grigsby Kulakowski. She went to Trimble School, where she was a member of the marching band and played the trumpet. She graduated from Trimble High School in 1978.

She is survived by her son and only child Michael A. Abdella of Chauncey, Ohio; and her longtime friend, Johnny Rayfield. Her memorial service will be held at Sugar Mill Creek Resort Lake Burton Ga. 30525 Sunday October 18, 2015 at 2:00 P.M.

Loree was always an animal lover, especially of dogs, and leaves not only her family and friends behind but also her beloved dog, Roo. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your local animal shelter.
