Estelle Essie Flynn Parks

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday October 13, 2015 in the Ward's Funeral Home Chapel for Estelle Essie Flynn Parks, age 88, of Gainesville. Rev. Charles Grant will officiate. Interment will follow in Dewberry Baptist Church #2. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Mrs. Parks passed away Sunday October 11, 2015.

A native of Hall County, Mrs. Parks was born to the late Willie Boyd and Bertha Estelle (Norris) Flynn. She was also preceded in death by her son, Danny Parks; sisters, Joyce Echols and Mandy Campbell; brothers Robert Flynn and Mutt Flynn. Mrs. Parks was a member of Dewberry Baptist Church #2.

Survivors include sons and daughters in laws, B.A. And Heather Parks, Jr., Gainesville, Hugh Lee and Wanda Parks, Clermont; daughter and son in law, Malinda and Jackie Clark, Alto; brother, Billy Boyd Flynn, Gillsville; sister, Shirley Flynn, Alto, six grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
