   Mr. Kim Turner Van Horn, age 71 of Cumming, passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2015.

            Memorial services will be held Sunday, October 11, 2015 at 3:30 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 11, 2015 from 2:30 - 3:30 pm, prior to the service, at the funeral home.
