Mrs. Sandra (Sandy) Thrasher Williams, age 65, of Gainesville, Georgia, passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2015.
A celebration of life service will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, October 8, 2015 at Journey Church 4091 Mt. Vernon Road Gainesville, GA 30506. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Sandy was born October 3, 1950 in Leighton, AL and was the daughter of the late J.W. Thrasher and Geraldine Woods Thrasher.
Sandy is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Harry Williams of Gainesville; children, Vic and Renae Mills of Dahlonega; Tim Mills of Gainesville; Joey Lemire of Gainesville; Misty and Benji Van Deynse of Belgium (UK); Scotty and Jenny Williams of Buford; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by brothers, Wayne Thrasher, Tom Thrasher, and Doug Thrasher all of Alabama and a number of special friends.
