Joseph Daniel (Danny) Moon

Joseph Daniel (Danny) Moon, age 68 of Commerce, GA passed away Sunday Sept. 27, 2015.
Mr. Moon was the son of the late Virgil Monroe and Louise Elizabeth Hubbard Moon. He was a retired salesman and a member of the Hudson Masonic Lodge, Commerce, GA.

Survivors include a wife, Ruby Marilyn Hortman Moon; 4 sons, Tony Moon, Jon Moon, Jason Moon, Donald Huff; 4 daughters, Suzy Moon, Cyndi Moon, Julia Smith, Valerie Barksdale; surviving brother and sister J.P. Moon and Barbara Jean Callaway; 19 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. A number of nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be 2 pm Thursday Oct. 1, 2015 at Ivie Funeral Home Commerce Chapel with the Rev. Jason Arrowood officiating. Burial will 2 P.M. Friday Oct. 2 at the Hillcrest Cemetery, Reynolds, GA. The family will receive friends Wednesday Sept. 30 from 6-8 pm.
