Montez Beacham Griffin

Montez Beacham Griffin, age 57, of Flowery Branch, GA passed away on Friday, September 25, 2015.

She was preceded in death by her parents, J. C. and Mary Bell Beacham and brother, Johnny Lee Beacham. She is survived by her husband of thirty-six years, Gary Allen Griffin, Flowery Branch, GA; beloved pet, Stormy Winddancer; cousins, Linda and Dan Reed, Von Hughes Erickson, Margie Smith, Jan Wells, Randy Jordan, Don Hughes, Ronnie Jordan, Jill Smith, Jimmy Joe Beacham, Tony and Cheryl Williams, Lynette Maddox, Lorette Thompson, Billy Hale and Tommy Hale; mother-in-law, Annie Lee Griffin, Lula, GA; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Diane and Jack Hawkins, Gillsville, GA, Elaine Smith, Gainesville, GA, Wanda and James Brown, Gainesville, GA, and Judy Pittman, Gainesville, GA; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Wayne Griffin, Lula, GA, Charles Griffin, Lula, GA, Larry and Dianne Griffin, Lula, GA and Kevin and Ann Griffin, Lula, GA; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; and special friends, Susie Gray and Angel Cakes.

Mrs. Griffin was born September 7, 1958. She was a 1977 graduate of Johnson High School. She had worked for Rockwell Collins Boeing as a senior missile assembler. She was a member of Life Unlimited Church in Buford, GA.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Anthony Cook and Rev. Joey Edwards officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
