Sandy Smith Hatfield

Sadie Smith Hatfield, 100, of Newnan passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at Newnan Health and Rehab in Newnan, Georgia following an extended illness.

                Graveside services will be held on Saturday September 26, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Drewery Loggins will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 26, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

                Mrs. Hatfield was born on November 8, 1914 Jackson County to the late Cody Cleveland Smith and Montine Benton Smith. She was a house wife and a member of Central Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl Wilson Hatfield and son, Danny Hatfield.

                Mrs. Hatfield is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Dinah and Jack Fowler of Newnan; grandson, Daniel Darnell; granddaughter, Monique Mitschele; 8 great grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Regina and benny Welch of Barnesville.
