Frank Hamilton Autry, Jr

  Mr. Frank Hamilton Autry, Jr., age 87, of Statham, Georgia went to be with our Mama,

and with our Lord on September 22, 2015.  A native of Greenwood, South Carolina, Mr.

Autry was a Son of the late Frank Hamilton Autry, Sr. and Mamie Thomas Autry.  He

was preceded by His Wife, Sara Lee Bagwell Autry, a Daughter, Nancy Carolyn Autry,

and Siblings, Winford Autry, George Autry, Bill Autry, Mozelle Davis, Henry Autry,

Clara Belle England and James Autry.  Mr. Autry had resided in Barrow County since

1944 and operated Frank’s Garage in Statham.

   Surviving are Children, David Autry of Cedar Point, North Carolina, Ralph Autry of

Statesboro, Dale Willoughby and Rosa Lee Hamrick both of Statham, Gail

Allred of Auburn,  Connie Autry of Bethlehem, Frank Autry, III, Brenda Steele and

Glenn Autry all of Statham, Twenty-eight Grandchildren, Fifty-five Great Grandchildren,

Twenty one Great Great Grandchildren and Brother, Mitchell Autry of Colbert.

   The Family will receive visitors Thursday, September 24, 2015 from 5-8 P. M. at Carter Funeral Home.  A Funeral Service will be held Friday, September 25, 2015 at 11:00 A. M. from the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home.  Interment will be in Cabin Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Commerce.  Flowers are welcomed, or memorials may be made to Embrace Hospice, 1585 Old Norcross Road, Suite 205, Lawrenceville, Georgia  30046.
