Earl A. Park

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Earl A. Park, age 56, of Jefferson, who passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2015. Mr. Park was born in Atlanta, GA, a son to David Earl Lee Park of Hinesville and Sadie Henderson Sparks of Sylva, NC. Mr. Parks was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was a Sheetrock Finisher for Crumps Drywall.

Survivors include his loving wife, Cindy McDowell Park of Jefferson; father, David Earl Lee Park of Hinesville; mother and step-father, Sadie and Carl Sparks of Sylva, NC, sisters, Lynn (Tim) Bulla of Commerce; Rita Sparks of Sylva, NC, step-son, Shawn (Nicole) McDowell of Jefferson; grandchildren, Phoenixx, Corinna and Lennon McDowell and his beloved yorkie “Gracie”.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 4:00pm in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Friday evening from 7-9 pm at Evans Funeral Home.
