Weldon Whitmire

Weldon Whitmire age 56 of Gainesville passed away on September 17, 2015 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a sudden illness.

            Memorial services will be held on Tuesday September 22, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Monday September 21, 2015 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

            Mr. Whitmire was born on September 24, 1959 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late William C. Whitmire and Nancy L. Epperson Whitmire. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and was self-employed machinist. He is preceded in death by his father. 

            Mr. Whitmire is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Jenny and Chris Henderson of Gainesville, daughter and son-in-law, Katie and Ryan Motes of Flowery Branch, grandchildren, Azalee, Haley, Natalie, Maddox, Annabelle, Eleanor, and Emerson, mother, Nancy Louise Whitmire, brother and sister-in-law, Mitch and Anna Whitmire of Murrayville, brother and sister-in-law, Darrin and Tracey Whitmire of Cleveland.
