William Keith Haynes Sr.

Funeral services are scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Sunday September 20, 2015 at Corinth Baptist Church for William Keith Haynes Sr., age 72 of Gainesville. Dr. Chris Swan will officiate. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Mr. Haynes passed away at his home on Friday September 18, 2015 following an extended illness.

 

Mr. Haynes was born in Hall County to the late John Floyd Haynes and Sarah Geneva Loggins Haynes. He had worked for the Leece-Neville Company and was a member of Corinth Baptist Church for over 50 years. He was preceded in death by his infant son Darren Lee Haynes.

 

Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Pat Haynes, Gainesville, sons, Keith Haynes, John Haynes, Gainesville, son and daughter-in-law, Patrick and Laura Haynes, Gainesville, daughters and sons-in-law, Kaye and Ronny Hulsey, Gainesville, Marie and Mike Turner, Clermont, 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, brothers, Kenneth and Robert Haynes, Gainesville, and numerous in laws and other relatives.
