Dana Charles Lipscomb

Dana Charles Lipscomb, 58, passed away September 8, 2015 due to complications from lung cancer.  He was a longtime resident of Huntsville, AL where he graduated from Butler High School in 1975 and was employed at The Huntsville Times.

He loved his neighbors and their pets.  As his illness progressed, he relocated to Georgia where he received loving care from his mother and sister until his death.

Dana is survived by his mother, Bertie Lou Cryer Lipscomb and sister, Dr. Desiree “Sissy” Lipscomb of Cumming, GA; and father, Charles Robert “Bob” Lipscomb of Huntsville, AL.

At his request, a private remembrance will be held.
