Willie Smith Feagans England, 96, of Gainesville passed away on Friday, September 4, 2015 at The Oaks at Limestone following an extended illness.
Graveside services will be held on Sunday, September 6, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Margaret Nix will officiate. The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 6, 2015 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. England was born on May 11, 1919 in Lawrenceville to the late Rev. L.C. Smith and Mindy Fowler Smith. She was retired from Chicopee Mill and was a member of Chicopee Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Johnie Fragans and Clarence England; 9 brothers and sisters.
Mrs. England is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Lloyd and Barbara Feagans of Gainesville; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; sisters, Grace and Virginia of Lawrenceville; numerous nieces and nephews.
