Peggy Ramey Robinson

Peggy Ramey Robinson, age 75, of Fairburn, GA, formerly of Buford, GA passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2015.  She was preceded in death by her son, Kerry Black; parents, Emory and Era Higgins Ramey; brothers, Harold “Buddy” Ramey and Howard Ramey; brothers-in-law, Roy Harris and Johnny Bramblett.  She is survived by her husband of seventeen years, Mike Robinson, Fairburn, GA; children, Rhonda and Timothy Degnan, Buford, GA, and Regina and Mitch Griffiths, Auburn, GA; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sisters, Betty Ramey Harris, Buford, GA, and Polly Ramey Bramblett, Buford, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Doug and Debra Ramey, Cumming, GA; sisters-in-law, Virginia Ramey, Buford, GA, and Dorothy Ramey, Buford, GA; several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Mrs. Robinson was born January 9, 1940 in Buford, GA.  She received her education at Sugar Hill School.  She was retired from Oki Telecom, Suwanee, GA.  She was a former member of Abundant Life Church of God, Fairburn, GA.  Funeral services will be held Friday, August 21, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Calvin Smith officiating.  Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens, Buford, GA.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, August 20, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
