Allan John Manterfield

Mr. Allan John Manterfield, age 52 of Dawsonville, passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2015 in West Memphis, Arkansas. following injuries sustained in a truck accident.

Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, August 20, 2015 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.  Reverend Jeff Worley will officiate.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 from 6 - 8 pm at the funeral home.

Mr. Manterfield was born October 15, 1962 in Concord, North Carolina to the late Allan Manterfield and Celia Smart Manterfield.  He was a truck driver for RWH Trucking Company and was a member of Grace Baptist Church.

Mr. Manterfield is survived by his wife, Nita Day Manterfield of Dawsonville, his daughter, Leslie N. Manterfield of Dawsonville and his sister & brother-in-law, Terry & Harold Rider of Gainesville.
